For the past 9 years I have been teaching movement to people from all different walks of life and of varying capabilities. In my classes you will sweat, laugh, be challenged and come away with a greater respect for and celebration of your body.
With a background in fitness, Yoga, Pilates, dance and body work my approach is a lot more individual and unique than the average vinyasa or fitness class. Come to a class and shift your perspective of movement and what it means to be in your body with grace and ease.
